Greet The Season, 2016

On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, Maritime Folknet will offer eight hours of free, live music aboard the Virginia V, thanks to an award from 4Culture. There will also be free holiday crafts for children and coloring for all ages. This is part of a larger event with ship tours and activities from organizations and vessels at Lake Union Park, including MOHAI, M/V Lotus, Lightship #83, Swiftsure, and the Arthur Foss.
ACTIVITIES Aboard the Virginia V Steamship
10am – 7pm. Open Ship (Free hot drinks, snacks, and ship tours)
10am – 6pm. Maritime Folknet presents LIVE MUSIC Aboard the Virginia V (schedule below)
10am – 5pm. Maritime Folknet presents crafts for children and coloring for all ages
10am – 5pm. Discovery Modelers Education Center presents signal flag making
6:35pm – 6:55pm. From the deck of the Virginnia V, watch The Dickens Carolers perform on board the Argosy Christmas Ship Festival
